Magenta Research’s Infinea Series offers a uniquely flexible platform that can extend full HD video, stereo audio and addressable duplex serial over either UTP, multi-mode fiber (MMF), singlemode fiber (SMF), or a combination of these cabling options.
Moreover, the standard daisy chaining capability of each receiver delivers unlimited distance range as an infinite number of units can be daisy chained with any combination of cabling. The base unit supports UTP extension up to a range of 600ft/183m, while the optional and field upgradable fiber modules extend the AV signals up to a range of 1640ft/500m for MMF and 10 KM for SMF – another industry first from Magenta!
